Many moons ago I began experimenting with different seasonings because of the lack of variety I was getting on the spice racks at local stores. Soon enough I had come up with a mixture that started creating a small buzz. People would me ask what I was using and where they could buy some. Many family events, plenty of catering/ fundraiser events have passed, and not much has changed, other than more and more people wanting to buy this custom blend of spices.
Fast forward 20+ years... I'm still here BBQing and making my seasonings!
This seasoning originated with devotion, patience, love, and nothing has changed. I still use this virtually every day! HANDMADE in small batches to preserve quality and freshness.
